Short sessions, a visible next lesson, and a rule for missed days. Nothing fancy.

Most people do not fail a course because the topic is hard. They fail because the week fills up and the tab never opens again. A habit is a way to make the next sitting cheaper than starting over.
Twenty minutes with one lesson is enough. Finish the video or the reading, mark it done, and stop. A short win is easier to repeat than a heroic Saturday.
Open the same course the next day. Progress percent and a resume link exist so you do not have to remember where you stopped. Use them.
Skip once, return the next sitting. The rule is not streak theatre. The rule is that a missed day does not become a new identity.
